WHAT DOES "ACTS 49" MEAN?

The name, "Acts 4:9 Church" has a double meaning. First, we desire to be the Church -- not just do church -- via community involvement within the 49--- zip code. Our name comes also from the biblical text within Acts chapter 4 where Peter and John defended the healing of the crippled begger. When questioned by religious leaders, Peter and John replied that it is the power of Jesus' name that made the sick man well...and that is located in Acts 4:9.
