A few weeks ago, we received a help request from a family in need of home repair assistance. After our handy-people looked at the house, they determined another issue looming. On 11-1-09, Tim, Lecia, Troy, Dave G, Dave S, Bob, Ted, and Julie assessed the initial problem, but then jumped into action to repair an equally important problem with winter weather looming just around the corner.
