Saturday, November 15 was the day set up for citizens of the Jackson community to "Winterize Jackson", sponsored by the Salvation Army. Unfortunately we don't have any pictures of this event, but a large number from Acts 4:9 and Brooklyn Kiwanis turned out to team up in winterizing 4 different houses. We broke up into teams and sealed leaky windows, changed out bad light bulbs, and covered windows with plastic.
This is an annual event to prepare citizens for winter -- 110 were winterized overall. Contact us if you want to join us next year!
